The Cyclones competed in the EJEPL Hockey America tournament at the Ice Works complex in Aston, PA. In the Squirt 10-U division, led by coaches Pat Manocchia and Danny O'Brien, the NYC Cyclones dominated the top-seeded Little Flyers in the Championship game 11-5. Philip Castrodale was named MVP. The Flyers had beaten the Cyclones in the preliminary round-robin in an overtime shootout 3-2.
